What data and why
Through the contact form we process your name, e-mail, message and, optionally, company and topic. We use them only to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). A one-way hash of the IP address is created only to protect the form from abuse and to limit the number of messages. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, at most 3 years after the last contact.
Visits are measured by our own statistics without cookies and without identifying a person. The server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time and requested URL) for security and operation.
Recipients
The message reaches us by e-mail and as a notification through Telegram. Data is further processed by our hosting and e-mail provider. We do not sell data.
Cookies
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie consent is needed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to admin@odapozet.sk. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
