About the project
iPodlahy.sk is a Slovak comparison catalogue of floors and rugs. Laminate, wood, vinyl and PVC flooring, rugs and runners from trusted retailers are gathered in one place. The site is not an online shop; every product links to the retailer where you complete the purchase. Prices and availability are updated daily.
For floors, the catalogue lists thickness, wear class AC3 to AC5, water resistance, suitability for underfloor heating, decor and brand, with the price per m². For rugs, it lists dimensions, material, pile height and shape, with the price per piece. Besides floor types, you can also browse by room, for example kitchen, bedroom or hallway.
Handy tools include a calculator that works out the number of flooring packs and skirting boards from your room dimensions, including a cutting allowance, a five-question quiz that recommends suitable floors, and a comparison that shows the parameters of two or three products side by side. The AI advisor Adam answers questions about choosing, and the advice section has articles on selecting, installing and caring for floors and rugs.
