About the project
Žiarovky.sk is a catalogue of light sources. It covers LED bulbs by base, tubes and fluorescent lamps, LED strips, light fittings for replaceable bulbs, and lamp holders with accessories. Prices come from Slovak shops, and the same product is shown side by side, starting with the best offer.
Products list light parameters: base, power, luminous flux, light colour and protection rating, where the manufacturer provides them. For each bulb the site shows which classic bulb it replaces. You can save a product with a heart and see on your next visit whether it got cheaper.
The site also has tools: bulb bases, lumens to watts conversion, light colour and a savings calculator for switching to LED. You see the result right away, without registration. The site sells nothing, you finish the order in the shop. It also includes Poradňa (advice) with articles and guides.
